Qualifications

• Graduate of radiology technology training program approved by the American Medical Association or equivalent training.
• 18 months of experience in radiologic technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skill in operating radiographic film processor.
• Ability to assess radiographic film quality.
• Skill in using the standard fixed and mobile x-ray imaging equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and to clearly convey information to physicians, staff, patients and the public.
• Preferred: demonstrated experience working in a college or university environment.
