Job summary

Nursefinders Staffing Division is seeking per diem Radiology Technologists to provide diagnostic imaging services in a hospital setting. You will work on a flexible per diem schedule with 8-hour shifts, typically from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM, supporting a fast-paced radiology department.

Ideal candidates are clinically confident, adaptable, and able to collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure safe, high-quality imaging and documentation in the medical record.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures and safety standards.
• Active state Radiology Technician license (where applicable).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures per physician orders.
• Position patients properly and ensure image quality and safety standards.
• Operate radiographic equipment and related imaging technology.
• Provide patient care before, during, and after imaging procedures.
• Follow radiation safety and infection control protocols.
• Accurately document procedures and patient information in the medical record.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care.
