Job summary

Prime Healthcare’s Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL is seeking a Radiology Registered Nurse for per diem shifts. You will provide direct patient care in the imaging department, assist Radiologists with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and monitor sedation and patient safety in a modern imaging setting.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS, ACLS within 30 days, and preferred CRN with Radiology experience.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain.
• ACLS Certification within 30 days upon hire and maintain.
• CRN certification preferred.
• One year of acute Radiology Nursing experience preferred.
• Ventilator Management experience preferred.
• Conscious Sedation Monitoring competency within 30 days upon hire.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe nursing care using the nursing process in Radiology.
• Provide direct patient care and assist Radiologist during procedures.
• Maintain equipment and inventory; ensure room readiness and safety.
