Job summary

Northwest Community Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist III for per diem/PRN coverage. The role requires proficiency in a range of radiology procedures and advanced equipment, with opportunities to work directly with physicians in sterile environments.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and ideally an associate degree or higher, ARRT candidacy within 2 years, IEMA licensure/authorization, and CPR (BLS). Per diem shifts include on-call and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Associate’s Degree or higher.
• IEMA licensure or authorization to perform medical radiation.
• ARRT(R) certification candidacy within 2 years of temporary license date.
• Current CPR Certification (BLS).
• 1 year X-Ray experience.
• Experience in a surgical environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiology procedures beyond basic X-ray.
• Operate complex equipment including 3D C-Arm, O-Arm, Stealth Navigation.
• Collaborate with physicians during procedures.
• Maintain sterile environment during operations.
• Work rotating shifts with on-call schedule and weekends/holidays.
