Spectrum Healthcare Partners in Maine seeks a per diem Radiology APP to provide advanced patient care and procedural support under Radiologists. The role covers CT-guided, fluoroscopic and ultrasound procedures, line placements and post-procedure care, with a focus on safety and quality in a busy radiology division.

The APP will educate staff, perform histories and exams, and collaborate with supervisors and the Practice Director of Radiology to uphold policy and improve patient care across

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program with Physician Assistant degree.
• Current, unrestricted PA license for Maine or eligible.
• Experience with interventional radiology procedures.
• CITI (IRB) Training or able to obtain.
• BLS and ACLS certifications current.
• Current DEA certification.
• Strong history taking and interpretation abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain medical histories and perform physical exams for procedures.
• Perform CT guided, fluoroscopic and ultrasound procedures and line placements.
• Support radiology surgeons in inpatient and outpatient care.
• Educate on procedures, risks, benefits and alternatives.
