Job summary

The Radiologic Technologist (RT) at GoHealth Urgent Care performs imaging procedures including radiologic evaluation under the direction of clinical providers, delivering high-quality X-ray services for patients of all ages.

Responsibilities include maintaining patient safety through ALARA principles, accurate documentation and collaboration with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants to support efficient care delivery across urgent care centers in the Delaware/Maryland area.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication.
• Exercise professional judgment to provide health care services, which include x-ray to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients in all age groups.
• Perform x-ray services under clinical direction, ensure accurate imaging and reporting of results.
• Maintain patient records and documentation for daily operations and QA/QC logs.
• Support clinic operations and frontline patient care to ensure smooth GoHealth Urgent Care Center function.
