Job summary

AAMA-approved radiologic tech program, ARRT certification, NJDEP license, and BLS are required.

Per diem, day shifts, located at 865 Stone Street, Rahway, NJ. Compensation reflects an hourly wage with a focus on quality, safety, and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• Active New Jersey Radiologic Technologist license (NJDEP).
• Maintains required BLS Heart Saver/Health Care Provider through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging following established protocols.
• Prepare patients for imaging exams, explain procedures, and ensure comfort and safety.
• Position patients and operate radiologic equipment to obtain optimal images while minimizing exposure.
• Apply radiation safety principles and comply with regulatory standards.
• Review images for quality and communicate with radiologists and providers.
