Qualifications

• Meet state requirements for exemption from licensing to operate x-ray equipment.
• At least one year of clinical experience in the radiology technologist program required.

Responsibilities

• Properly position patients for X-rays and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Assist in capturing high-quality diagnostic images under supervision.
• Follow ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure.
• Learn to use and maintain radiographic machines and digital imaging systems.
• Assist in processing and reviewing images using PACS.
• Work alongside radiologists, nurses, and other medical staff.
