Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is looking for a dedicated Radiation Oncologist to join their multidisciplinary oncology team in Central New Jersey. As part of a state’s only NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, this position offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based cancer care. The successful candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible in Radiation Oncology and will work collaboratively within a team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Additional responsibilities include participation in quality improvement efforts and maintaining compliance with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive radiation oncology care, including evaluation, treatment planning, simulation, delivery, and post-treatment follow-up.
• Utilize an evidence-based, multidisciplinary approach in collaboration with a full cancer care team.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts to enhance clinical outcomes and standardize care delivery.
