Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking a Public Safety Officer to join our security team at Evanston Hospital. This part-time per diem role covers morning, evening, and night shifts across multiple sites as needed, with travel to Skokie, Glenbrook, and Highland Park Hospital.

You will perform unarmed, uniformed safety duties, patrol facilities, assist patients and staff, monitor access points, and coordinate with police when required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of one year experience in a customer-focused service-based organization is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Patrols assigned areas of facilities and grounds.
• Reports incidents or potential loss and involves police if necessary.
• Directs vehicle traffic and maintains access control.
• Resolves safety concerns and escorts individuals as needed.
• Investigates thefts, accidents, and other incidents with documentation.
