Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for per diem work in a SNF/long-term care setting in Florida. You will provide PT treatments under supervision and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referrals.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PTA license in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA-supervised physical therapy treatments.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes and regulatory-compliant documentation.
• Obtain and maintain all required physician orders and documentation.
