Preftherapy in Holden, MA is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team. You will provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services to residents in a supportive, collaborative environment.

The role requires a current PT license (or license eligible) in Massachusetts, strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and reliable documentation. Hours are flexible, and you may work across our PRN rosters as available.

Qualifications

Strong communication and compassionate care for residents in sub-acute/skilled nursing settings.
Ability to work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff.
Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility to practice in MA.
Proficient computer skills and experience with electronic documentation.
Flexibility with hours and PRN availability.

Responsibilities
