Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with appropriate rehabilitation goals.
• Document notes thoroughly and timely.
• Maintain communication with other service providers to ensure quality care.
• Attend monthly meetings to improve clinic operations and patient care.
• Support clinic advancement through CEU participation and continuing education.
• Collaborate with Clinic Director and Office Manager to address challenges and improve flow.
• Participate in company-wide meetings to support initiatives.
