Job summary

Qualifications

• NJ Physical Therapist license required.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.

• Ability to utilize electronic medical records and Microsoft Office programs.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial exams and documents data to identify problems and diagnose before intervention.
• Plans and carries out individually designed PT programs to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Records prognosis, treatment, response, and progress in chart or EMR.
• Identifies and documents goals, anticipated progress, and reevaluation plans.
• Administers manual exercises, massage, or traction to relieve pain and improve strength.
