Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is hiring a Physical Therapist in Manteca, CA for per diem shifts. You will assess, treat, and educate patients to improve mobility and quality of life, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a patient-first environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any state-required certifications.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal results.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals for complete care.
• Maintain timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharges.
• Stay updated on PT techniques and integrate them as appropriate.
• Facilitate Plan of Care execution and follow up on noncompliance when needed.
• Utilize PTA support and nonclinical staff to manage caseload.
• Contribute to a collaborative culture aligned with service vision.
• Adapt to changing schedules and daily patterns while maintaining ethics.
