Preferred Therapy Solutions in Rocky Hill, CT is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team. The role offers flexible per diem hours and a focus on high-quality, ethical patient care.

The ideal candidate provides comprehensive PT services, collaborates with rehab and nursing staff, and maintains accurate electronic documentation. A CT license or license eligibility is required; familiarity with MS Outlook, Word and Excel is a plus.

Formación

• Licensed PT in CT or license-eligible to practice in the state.
• Experience in sub-acute/skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Strong computer skills and electronic documentation experience.
• Flexibility with per diem hours and teamwork-focused mindset.
