Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or closely related field from an APA-accredited program.
• Current California license as a Psychologist.
• Training and experience in psychological assessment and testing.
• Strong knowledge of standardized psychological assessment instruments, test interpretation, and report writing.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and testing based on clinical referral questions.
• Select, administer, score, and interpret appropriate standardized psychological tests.
• Integrate test results with clinical history, behavioral observations, and other available information.
• Prepare clear, comprehensive, and clinically useful psychological evaluation reports.
• Provide feedback regarding assessment results and recommendations to patients, families, and refering providers as appropriate.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, primary care providers, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Practice within applicable professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
