Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, a California license, and strong experience in assessment and testing.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Current California license as a Psychologist.
• Training and experience in psychological assessment and testing.
• Strong knowledge of standardized psychological tests, interpretation, and report writing.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and testing based on clinical referral questions.
• Select, administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological tests.
• Integrate test results with clinical history and observations.
• Prepare clear, comprehensive psychological evaluation reports.
• Provide feedback regarding assessment results to patients, families, and providers.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other team members.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Practice within applicable professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
