Job summary

The Summit Center in Amherst, NY seeks a Psychologist to deliver behavioral health services in a per diem clinic setting for children, adolescents, and families. Responsibilities include assessing and treating diverse behavioral health needs, with access to office space, scheduling support, and billing services.

Licensed Psychologists will work within a team of dedicated professionals, with opportunities to engage in feeding clinics and grant-related projects while meeting billable thresholds

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with relevant clinical programs.
• Demonstrated formal training and/or experience in the use of evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions for children, adolescents, adults and their families.
• Develop partnerships with local pediatricians to assist in providing behavioral health services.
• Conduct all duties in accordance with best practice and ethical guidelines.

• Meet minimum billable units and respond to grant and research opportunities as assigned.
