Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required.
• Board certification and license (RN, FNP) required.
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Ability to travel 20-30 miles from base.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care and consultations to patients.
• Prescribe medications within scope of practice.
• Conduct annual wellness exams for seniors.
• Create progress notes after each patient encounter.
• Ensure patient information confidentiality.
