Ideal candidates are experienced PTs with a valid Indiana license and CPR certification, prepared to work in diverse home settings and coordinate care with patients and clinicians across our network.

Hourly Rate: $50.00/hr up to $55.00/hr (Commensurate with experience)

Select Physical Therapy in Greenwood, IN is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide area coverage and deliver exceptional care in the homes of the patients we serve. You'll treat a diverse patient population ranging from adults to geriatrics, with diagnoses including general orthopedics, sports-related injuries, and more. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while helping individuals achieve their functional goals in a personalized care setting.

Location: 1030 E. County Line Rd, Ste A2

Indianapolis, IN 46227

Schedule: PRN, weekdays (Mon-Fri)

Compensation: $50.00/hr up to $55.00/hr (Commensurate with experience)
