Job summary

Aya Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for per diem shifts in Springfield, OR. Immediate coverage available to support perinatal teams.

Candidates must hold BLS, NRP, AWHONN Beginner and ACLS certifications and demonstrate expertise in antepartum care, high-risk deliveries, fetal monitoring and newborn support. This position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to work with experienced obstetric teams across shifts.

Qualifications

• Required certifications: BLS, NRP, AWHONN Beginner, ACLS.
• Experience in Labor and Delivery with antepartum and postpartum care.
• Familiarity with fetal monitoring, VBAC and LDRP workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide per diem Labor and Delivery nursing coverage in Springfield, OR.
• Support high-risk delivery management and postpartum care.
• Assist with vaginal deliveries, C-sections and newborn care as needed.
