We have immediate per diem (PRN) shifts available for the following position: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Stamford, CT.

Requirements:
  • Required Certifications: NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, ACLS, BLS
  • Required Skills: Antepartum, Facility births/month 100-200, Labor and Delivery, NST (Non Stress Tests), Triage of obstetrical patients, Use of EFM (External Fetal Heart Monitoring), Recognition and Treatment of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns, Administration of blood & blood products, Start & maintain peripheral IV, Use of infusion pumps / drips / IV monitoring, Antihypertensives, Insulin drips, Magnesium Sulfate therapy, Pitocin (oxytocin), Prostaglandins, Circulate for C-section
