Klarus Home Health is seeking a PRN / Per Diem Weekend Licensed Physical Therapist to provide PT services including assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and evaluations, primarily focusing on start of cares for patients enrolled in our home health program in the Cleburne, TX area, with willingness to travel to Granbury as needed.

Requirements

Experience

• Graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation with valid auto insurance.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel locally.
