We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide coordinated occupational therapy to our home health patients/clients of all age groups under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist in the Fort Worth, TX metroplex and surrounding areas. This role involves participating in care coordination and ensuring high-quality therapy services are delivered in patients' homes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current State License to practice occupational therapy.
• One year of experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, current auto liability insurance, and a valid driver’s license.
