One Medical in Arizona seeks an hourly clinician for per diem primary care work across Queen Creek, Gilbert and Mesa. You will see patients with diverse needs, perform in-person and telehealth visits, and collaborate with both in-office and virtual teams to deliver high-quality care.

Applicants should be enrolled in or have completed an Internal/Family Medicine residency, be board eligible or certified, and hold an AZ medical license before starting. A supportive environment awaits.

Formación

• Enrolled in, or completed, an Internal or Family Medicine residency.
• Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine or eligible with upcoming exam.
• Arizona state medical license before start date.

Responsabilidades

• See patients with a broad range of needs (acute, chronic, well visits).
• Treat patients in-office and conduct tele-health visits.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams through daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training for in-office procedures and credentialing.
