Job summary

One Medical is seeking Casual/Per Diem clinicians in the Austin area to provide in-person and tele-health care. The role features 8-23 patient care hours per week, with benefits ineligible, and malpractice coverage provided.

Responsibilities include seeing patients with acute and chronic needs, performing in-office procedures when needed, and collaborating with in-office and virtual teams. Texas licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of primary care experience.
• Licensed or eligible for Texas licensure.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively in groups and 1-on-1.
• Comfortable in a fast-growing mission-driven organization.
• Board Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• See patients with acute, chronic, and well visits; not a panel-building role.
• Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional telehealth visits.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams daily.
• Utilize your clinical training and perform in-office procedures as needed.
