Job summary

One Medical is seeking a per diem clinician to join our Kirkland, WA team. You will provide in-office and telehealth care for a broad range of patient needs, including acute and chronic visits and well checks.

The hourly role requires 16–24 patient care hours per week, with WA licensure and preparation for board certification. You may pursue additional state licensure for virtual care across states. A collaborative multi-disciplinary environment supports continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or completed, an accredited Family Medicine or MedPeds residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; or Board Eligible/Residency completion within last year and scheduling next exam.
• Licensed in Washington before start date.

Responsibilities

• Seeing patients with acute, chronic, and well visits in a mix of in-office and telehealth formats.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures when appropriate.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in other states.

Employment type:

• “Casual Employee” (per diem, hourly clinician role)
• 16-24 patient care hours per week

What you’ll be working on:

• Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
• Treating patients in‑office as well as conducting occasional tele‑health visits
• Ongoing collaboration with in‑office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in‑office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or MedPeds residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. If not yet Board Certified, must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
• Licensed in Washington, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is an hourly role based in Kirkland, WA. The rate for this role is $171 per hour.
