One Medical is currently seeking a Casual Employee (per diem clinician) to provide primary care in Seattle. You will see patients with a range of needs, while collaborating with care teams. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of primary care experience and is licensed in Washington.

Employment Type

• Casual Employee (per diem, hourly clinician role)
• 16‑24 patient care hours per week

Location

• Seeing patients in South Lake Union, with float to nearby clinics as needed

What You’ll Be Working On

• Seeing patients with a broad array of needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel‑building role)
• Treating patients in‑office and conducting occasional tele‑health visits
• Ongoing collaboration with in‑office teammates via daily huddles, and with virtual clinical teams
• Utilizing your clinical training and opportunities to perform in‑office procedures
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in other states

Education, Licenses, and Experience Required

• At least 2 years of primary care experience
• Currently licensed in Washington or ability to obtain licensure
• Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1‑on‑1 and in groups
• Can thrive in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes
• Board Certification
