Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse in Massachusetts to support BirthPlace and Nursery units. The role offers varied shifts based on operational need and requires a flexible, patient-centered nursing approach.

You will assess patients, plan and supervise care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Ongoing education and evidence-based practice are encouraged to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Postpartum / Mother Baby experience required.

Responsabilités

• Assess physical, mental, and psychological status of patient using age-appropriate knowledge.
• Plan, evaluate, and supervise care of all patients assigned.
• Work collaboratively with other disciplines in care of patients.
• Participate in formal and informal educational programs to improve technical skills.
• Responsible for continued learning and application to practice.
• Synthesize patient care information to formulate appropriate nursing diagnosis.
• Provide patient and family education.
