Seeking a Per Diem Urgent Care physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join a dynamic Immediate Care team at the Providence Hawks Prairie clinic in Lacey, Washington. Walk-in services are provided at clinic locations in Hawks Prairie, Lacey, and West Olympia, which house onsite labs, radiology, and more. Do meaningful work and enjoy outstanding quality of life in the scenic beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

• Per Diem opportunity
• Opportunity includes outpatient care only
• 10-hour shifts
• Compensation is $64.33 and $87.38 per hour
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
