Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team in Sharon, CT. You will provide comprehensive therapy services and collaborate with a supportive rehab/nursing staff to optimize resident independence.

Eligible PTs or current CT PTs are encouraged to apply; PTA license holders or eligibility are also considered. Competitive hourly pay and strong PTO are offered to full- and part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team environment.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff.
• Possess a current Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license or be license eligible to practice in CT.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation.
• Be flexible with hours.
