Job summary

UW Health is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI. This is a part-time, per diem role with day shifts and variable weekdays. Responsibilities include guiding rehabilitation after sports surgeries, coordinating with sports physicians, and using video biomechanics for specialty services.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, Wisconsin licensure on hire, and BLS within 3 months. Two years of prior experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Wisconsin state licensure required upon hire.
• BLS certification within 3 months required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Required

Work Experience

• 2 years of prior relevant experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required
