Job summary

Spineandsportsmed is seeking Per-Diem Physical Therapists and PTAs to provide coverage across multiple locations in Connecticut. This role includes evaluating and treating patients, maintaining communication with service providers, and contributing to clinic improvements.

SportsMed Physical Therapy is seeking Per‑Diem Physical Therapists and PTAs to handle coverage at multiple SportsMed locations in Connecticut.

We provide comprehensive care for orthopedic and sports‑related injuries and offer growth opportunities for clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Connecticut Physical Therapist License or PTA License

Responsibilities

• Accurately evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients from physician referrals and direct access.
• Assess each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as chiropractors, acupuncturists, and occupational therapists to ensure quality patient care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to maintain collaborative care.
• Work towards clinic advancement by maintaining clinical excellence through CEUs.
• Participate in monthly meetings led by the Clinic Director and Office Manager to address challenges and improve clinic flow.
• Attend company‑wide meetings to discuss initiatives to improve clinical excellence and patient care.
