St. Joseph’s Wayne Medical Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan and administer rehabilitation programs to restore function and prevent disability at our Wayne, New Jersey campus. The role emphasizes documentation and patient counseling while staying compliant with regulatory policies.

The position requires NJ PT licensure, CPR within 3 months of hire, and a valid driver's license, with ongoing professional certifications as outlined in the program.

Qualifications

• Must hold NJ State License in Physical Therapy.
• CPR certification within first 3 months of hire.
• FIM certification to be taken after employment.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates, plans and administers individualized therapeutic treatment programs.
• Writes evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and maintains patient files.
• Counsels patients and families on rehabilitation diagnosis, plan of care and prognosis.
• Maintains current knowledge of regulatory policies and adheres to them.
