Providence St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, CA is seeking a Per-Diem Physical Therapist I to deliver high-quality care for patients with movement disorders.

Under supervision of the Program Manager and PT Practice Manager, you will perform exams, plan interventions, and participate in discharge planning during 8-hour day shifts. The role emphasizes continuous learning, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and adherence to Magnet-recognized standards.

Competenze

• Graduate of CAPTE PT program or equivalent.
• California PT license upon hire.
• BLS certification upon hire.

Mansioni

• Examination, evaluation, PT diagnosis and prognosis for patients.
• Develop and implement PT interventions and monitor outcomes.
• Coordinate discharge planning and provide education and consultation.
• Supervise assigned personnel and support program goals.
