Job summary

Providence St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, CA is seeking a Physical Therapist I for per diem coverage. You will evaluate patients, diagnose conditions, plan and implement treatments, and support discharge planning while receiving supervision from the PT Practice Manager.

The role requires graduation from a CAPTE-accredited PT program, California license upon hire, and BLS certification; a Master’s degree is preferred and encouraged for ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited (CAPTE) Physical Therapy program or equivalent
• California Physical Therapist License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

Responsibilities

• Examine and evaluate patients; establish prognosis and plan of care.
• Provide physical therapy interventions and monitor outcomes.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient education.
• supervise or assist with personnel as needed under supervision
