Ernest Health, Inc.'s Lafayette Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in Lafayette, Indiana seeks a Per Diem Physical Therapist to join a team dedicated to excellence in rehabilitation. You will evaluate patients, plan therapy, and help restore mobility and function for individuals with stroke, brain injury, or orthopedic conditions.

Qualified candidates hold a current PT license and BLS certification; hospital experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and valid licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification from an approved vendor.
• One year of direct patient care experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides services that restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain and prevent or limit permanent disability for patients in inpatient rehabilitation.
• Evaluates medical history and physical abilities, develops treatment plans and integrates the hospital's mission into daily practice.
