• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Indiana.
• BLS/CPR certification from an approved vendor is required.
• One year of direct patient care experience in a hospital setting is preferred.

• Record patient responses to treatment and report outcomes to the supervising PT.
• Contribute to the hospital’s mission and guiding principles in daily practice.
