Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapy License or be eligible in California.
• 5+ years of licensed physical therapy experience for PT II.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to clinics and campus offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of physical therapy services including evaluation, treatment planning, interventions, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with care teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
