Qualifications

• Current MO license as Physical Therapist (PT) required.
• Experience in physical therapy settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with a range of physical impairments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Conduct PT consultations with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of treatment plans, progress notes, and evaluations.
