Mercy is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist in Northwest Arkansas to assess and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. The role includes direct supervision of patients and oversight of rehabilitation technicians, in line with state practice acts.

Qualifications include a degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor/MS or DPT), current/licensed practice in the state, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor, MS in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
• Licensure: Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice.
• Certifications: BLS certified. Current certifications required before independent care.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision to rehabilitation technicians; supervise PT assistants per State Practice Acts.
• Uphold Mercy mission and service standards while delivering therapy services.
