Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist - Per Diem to join our growing team in Stockton, IL. You will evaluate and treat patients in SNF and long-term care settings with a focus on mobility and functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
