Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist for per diem assignments in SNF/long-term care settings. You will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Graduated from an APTA-accredited PT program (BS/MS/DPT).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
