Job summary

Rehab Advisors, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist for a per diem in Woonsocket, RI. The role involves evaluating and treating patients with mobility and functional impairments within a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will develop and adjust personalized care plans and collaborate with the care team to achieve quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice (RI).
• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
