Job summary

Responsibilities include providing Per Diem coverage, maintaining thorough progress notes, and collaborating with physicians and nurses to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or PT).
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Vermont.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans for patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive care.
• Conduct evaluations and treatment sessions for orthopedic, neurological, and cardiovascular impairments.
• Provide Per Diem coverage for the rehabilitation department.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
