• Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to achieve patient goals
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and conferences
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills in physical therapy modalities, including but not limited to: Manual therapy; Therapeutic exercise; Electrical stimulation; Heat and cold therapy; Other relevant modalities
