Job summary

Providence Petaluma Valley Hospital is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to join the Physical Therapy Unit in California. The role involves 8-hour day shifts with general supervision, performing assessments, planning and implementing therapy, and educating patients and families.

Qualified candidates must have graduation from an accredited PT program, a California PT license, and BLS certification. A preferred one year of rehabilitation experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• California Physical Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 1 year rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality care.
