Job summary

Saint Joseph Hospital - Elgin is seeking a Physical Therapist I to provide consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and integumentary disorders. The role is per diem with day shifts, and work is performed in accordance with hospital policy and licensing requirements.

Qualified candidates hold a degree in Physical Therapy and a current state license; BCLS certification is required on hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultative and therapeutic physical therapy services to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders.
• Ensures services align with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy and licensing requirements.
