Job summary

Paradise Valley Hospital in National City, CA seeks a Physical Therapist I to provide medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders.

The role operates per hospital policy and state licensing requirements, with a Day shift and Per Diem employment status, and offers a comprehensive benefits package as part of the Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate/Certificate).
• Active state license to practice Physical Therapy.
• BCLS (AHA) certification current at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability in musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders.
• Operates in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy and state/federal licensing and accrediting requirements.
• Collaborates with the care team to optimize patient outcomes and ensure quality care.

Education

Bachelor/Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy

Current state Physical Therapy license

Current BCLS (AHA) certificate
